Pre and Postgraduate Professor, researcher and former Dean of the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences of the Central University of Venezuela. He has more than 50 publications in refereed and indexed journals and books nationally and internationally. He is currently President-CEO of Asesórate Consultores Asociados and leads the Quality of Life research team. Among some of his areas of expertise are methodology, biological anthropology, public and social policies in health and quality of life.
