Adelaida Struck

Founder and CEO of Asesórate Consultores Asociados. Expert with more than 38 years of professional experience in Research, Methodology, Anthropology applied to Health and Strategic Management. Specialized in the design and execution of projects for multilateral organizations with a focus on gender, multiculturalism and plurality. She has held prominent positions as Academic Coordinator, Research Coordinator and Dean of the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences (2011-2020) at the Central University of Venezuela (UCV), consolidating competencies in strategic leadership and collaborative resolution. In this field, her trajectory of more than 30 years in teaching and research has been recognized with the José María Vargas (First and Second Class) and Francisco de Venanzi Orders. She has published more than 50 papers in peer-reviewed journals and books, in addition to actively participating as a guest lecturer in international congresses and forums. Currently, she is also a Consultant and Mentor, directs and teaches webinars, as well as online training programs.

Josefa Orfila

PhD in Research and Development Management, Administrator and Consultant-Researcher with more than 25 years of experience in university teaching and project management in Master's and Doctoral programs at the Faculty of Medicine of the UCV. PEII accredited researcher, with more than 25 publications in indexed journals. She has been a member of the Coordination of Graduate Studies and the Unit for Promotion and Development of Research at the Faculty of Medicine-UCV. Recognized with the Academic Order José María Vargas for her university career. Specialist in research project management and academic mentoring. She is also Manager of Management and Development at Asesórate Consultores Asociados.

Maria Rita Ameli

Consultant and Trainer in Education, Mathematics and Technologies applied to learning. Bachelor in Education, mention in Physics and Mathematics, with a Master in ICT and extensive experience in the design of teacher training programs and learning in virtual environments. Specialist in financial management with experience in organizations and companies. Development of virtual training scenarios and optimization of resources in e-learning platforms. Author of books and publications in science education and digital education. Recognized for her work at UCV with the José María Vargas Order in Third Class. She also serves as Academic Manager of Asesórate Consultores Asociados and advisor in training strategies and resource management.

Francisco Javier Fernández

Consultant specialized in data analysis and visualization, methodology, demography and applied statistics, with extensive experience in research in Social Sciences and Health. He has led teams in academic management as Faculty Coordinator, School Director and Secretary of the University Council at UCV. Manager and Editor of digital publications with extensive experience in the University. Outstanding in virtual training and e-learning, with mastery of Moodle for teacher training. Anthropologist with a Master's degree in Social Sciences and a PhD in progress. Currently, he leads the Data Analysis Department at Asesórate Consultores Asociados, optimizing strategies for the interpretation and presentation of information.

Mony de Lourdes Vidal

Consultant and Trainer with experience in Bioanthropology, Population Genetics, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Quality of Life, with 16 publications in peer-reviewed journals and books. Expert in educational management and teacher training, with 15 years in school management. She actively participates in the development of research and innovation projects, designs methodologies and contributes her experience in data analysis and educational strategies. She uses ICTs as tools for education and contributes in the design of learning systems for school and academic environments. Currently, she is the Research and Innovation Manager in our organization. She also works as a university professor.
