4. Price

The prices of the services will be indicated in each course, mentoring, training activity or service published on the website.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

When a training activity provides for the issuance of certificate of participation, This will be sent to the participant upon completion of the activity and provided that the requirements established for its award have been fulfilled.


8. Cancellations and withdrawal

However, this right may not apply in the following cases:

  • when the service has started with the prior user consent

  • in the case of training activities with specific dates

  • when the service has been fully executed

10. Recording of online training activities

Some online training activities may be recorded for academic, training or educational quality improvement purposes.

By participating in these activities, the user agrees that his or her image or voice may appear incidentally in these recordings, exclusively in the context of the training activity.
