Cancellation of registration
The user may request the cancellation of his/her registration in training activities organized by Asesórate Consultores Asociados (masterclasses, courses or workshops) provided that the request is made with the following conditions at least 48 hours in advance to the date of commencement of the activity.
The request must be made in writing to the following e-mail address: [email protected].
If the cancellation is made within the established term, Asesórate Consultores Asociados will refund the amount paid., The payment method used in the initial transaction is the same as the one used in the initial transaction.
Late cancellations
Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours prior to the start of the activity will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, due to the organizational costs and the reservation of the place.
Activities initiated or carried out
Once the training activity has begun or the corresponding session has been held, it will not be possible to request cancellation or refund of the amount paid..
Right of withdrawal in digital content
In accordance with the provisions of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, 2007., which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal shall not apply when the provision of the service has begun or when it concerns digital content or online training activities whose access or execution has been authorized by the user before the end of the legal withdrawal period..
By registering and making the corresponding payment, the user expressly accepts that the provision of the training service may begin on the scheduled date, in which case the user loses the right of withdrawal once the activity has begun.
Cancellation by the organization
In the event that Asesórate Consultores Asociados Should the activity have to be cancelled or modified due to organizational reasons or force majeure, the participant will be offered the possibility to:
- Reschedule your participation to a new date, or
- Receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Refund policy
In the event of a refund of an amount paid in accordance with these conditions, Asesórate Consultores Asociados will make the reimbursement using the same payment method used by the user in the initial transaction.
The reimbursement will be made within a maximum period of 7 working days from the acceptance of the cancellation request.
No refunds will be made in the following cases:

- When the cancellation request is made outside the established term.
- When the training activity has begun or has been fully or partially completed.
- When the participant does not attend the activity on the scheduled date.
Payment incidents
For any incident related to the payment, duplicity of charges or problems with the transaction, the user can contact [email protected]. Incidents will be reviewed and, if necessary, the corresponding refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Acceptance of conditions
The reservation is considered confirmed once the corresponding payment has been made.
By making the payment, the user declares that he/she has read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions and Asesórate Consultores Asociados Cancellation and Refund Policy.
